In addition to several restaurants offfers Romantik Hotel Schloss Rheinfels also the experience pub "de Backes". The culinaric proposal was extended in 2011 by the gourmet restauran "Silcher Stuben". Named after the famous composer of the Loreley song Friedrich Silcher. Expect in our new restaurant §Silcher Stuben" an excellent kitchen eurotoques head cook Frank Aussem.

At the castle restaurant "Auf Scharffeneck" and the gourmet restaurant "Silcher Stuben"offers head cook Frank Aussem his exquisite regional and seasonal cuisine. Frank Aussem gets the foods from regional farmes, hunters and fishermen. At the wine list the guest finds a of fine whines from the rhine valley. At the rustic tavern "Der Landgraf" the guests can enjoy the phantastic view to the rhine valley from the great terrace.
Since 2005 the Romantik Hotel Schloss Rheinfels comes with the spa area "AusZeit". Integrated in the castle ruins the guest finds a pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam rooms, an outdoor sauna "Rheinische Waschküch", the spa garden with river view, a solarium, a spa lounge with lounge chairs, a brain-light-oasis and a gym "die Folterkammer.
