The building ensemble, consisting of the Zech´schen Palais and a new building, has 133 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar and separate fitness and sauna areas. An event area with three meeting rooms offers possibilities for events with up to 120 people.
The adjacent ‘Ständehaus’ (House of the Estates) offers additional space for events in a historical setting for up to 1,000 participants.

Romantic alleyways in the lovingly restored old town, the dome cathedral or the Merseburger Zaubersprüche (Merseburgian Magic Spells) - the oldest piece of German writing, originating in the 10th century. A tour alon the Saale river cycling path brings relaxation.
