The two villas are located on the island of Rügen in the middle of Southeast Biosphere Reserve. They stand at the highest point of a peninsula projecting into the sea. Baltic Sea island attractions include the chalk cliffs and Cape Arkona.
The Villas Fortuna and Felicitas both provide luxury apartments. Villa Fortuna was completely renovated in 2009. Villa Felicitas is connected by a glass walkway to the Hanseatic Hotel. In the main house resides a restaurant with regional and international cuisine. A rich breakfast buffet is also available. The use of the gym, swimming pool and saunas is free.
