Following the new measures in force from December 1st, our guests will be asked to present a negative test or a digital certificate of complete vaccination or a negative test upon check-in, during the period in which such measures are in force in the country.
Two types of tests are allowed for these purposes:
1. PCR test valid for 72 hours;
2. Antigen test with laboratory report valid for 48 hours.
In order to better enjoy the Historic Center of the city of Viseu, car circulation is restricted, and exceptionally guests staying at Montebelo Palácio dos Melos can access the hotel through Porta do Soar, in the opposite direction. Until September 21, 2022, the ban is centered on weekends: on Fridays, between 19:00 and 0200, on Saturdays, between 16:00 and 02:00, and on Sundays and holidays, between 15:00 and 02:00 at 20:00.
