In Frankfurt´s Hafenpark Quartier, we welcome you with Scandinavian hospitality and an urban garden feel. The innovative architecture of our new building unites consistent sustainability throughout with modern design and elegant meeting rooms, which creates a unique environment with a relaxed ambience. The nearby Hafenpark is continued in the interior with interesting fusions of inside and outside - also in our restaurant with marketplace character.

The Nordic Swan ecolabeled hotel Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark offers you plenty of space for a wide range of different events.
Our fourteen meeting and function rooms with sizes from 33 to 608 m² are lit by plenty of daylight, which adds to their comfort. They are perfect for creative brainstorming sessions, workshops, product launches and corporate events as well as major presentations. But also for company parties, casual get-togethers or co-working we will find the right space for you. Flexible function rooms in a modern design, as well as park elements that merge with the rooms and extend as informal breakout zones promise a unique event experience. Our building features a ballroom, which has an impressive 608 m², not separated by pillars and is suitable for events with up to 570 guests. It can easily be subdivided with Skyfold® movable walls. Our ballroom comes with a separate entrance area, and it is even possible to drive vehicles right into the room.

We perfect your event with our Scandic Better Meetings concept. Our meeting consultants will design and organize the perfect event for you under consideration of your individual requirements. We will surprise your with innovative extras such as a phone nursery, healthy drinks, smoothies and snacks from our Scanergizer, or tools such as the Magic Box with creative icebreakers. We also offer you a number of additional services such as, for example, a conference concierge or branding opportunities at various locations throughout our building. Of course, we are also well-prepared for hybrid events. Our meeting consultants will be happy to advise you on all issues related to streaming and digital options.

We will support you throughout your event with customized catering concepts. Look forward to healthy food that is modern and naturally also includes vegetarian, vegan and other special dietary requirement options. One highlight in this respect is our restaurant with its open kitchen.

After an eventful day, you can recharge your batteries in our Scandi-style rooms. All of our 505 rooms feature cozy wooden floors and a bathroom with a shower. Comfortable box spring beds ensure that everyone gets a good night´s sleep; sustainable details create a healthier environment.

All rooms are equipped with an electric kettle, an iron and ironing board, a laptop safe, a TV and air conditioning, and you´ll also find a complimentary bottle of water in your room upon arrival.

In our Superior standard rooms, we will also restock the mini-bar with soft drinks, beer and wine for you every day, and you can help yourself at the coffee and tea station. Additionally, starting with the Superior Plus category, you can make yourself comfortable in our Living Room on the 10th floor. Here you will receive a separate breakfast buffet in the morning and small snacks and drinks throughout the day.

With 56 m2 of space, our four Master Suites form the largest room category. You can look forward to a separate living and sleeping area and also choose between a bathtub or shower in the bathroom.

We offer accessible rooms in the Standard and Superior Plus categories. Some of these 53 rooms have a beautiful view directly onto the Main riverbanks.

Of course, we also think of our younger guests. You can accommodate them with a sofa bed or high-quality wall beds directly in your room.

All rooms come with an office area equipped with a desk and chair so you can work in your hotel room.

Another highlight our new hotel offers is a restaurant with an open kitchen. Here we have created an open space that merges outside and inside and creates an inspiring street food feeling with its market stalls. In our kitchen, we place a lot of emphasis on healthy, modern dishes with seasonal and regional influences.

Start your day by building your strength with our varied, (minimum of) 50% organic produce breakfast, and a good cup of Fairtrade coffee. We take particular dietary requirements into account, of course, and offer you dairy-free milk, dairy- and gluten-free bread, rolls and pastries, as well as other products for allergy sufferers.

In the evening, you can go over the events of the day again in the stylish ambience of our bar. A tasty dinner provides a fitting end to your day.

Our lobby shop is open 24/7 and stocks a range of important everyday items you might need, such as soft drinks, snacks and personal hygiene products.

You can restore your inner balance with a daily workout in our 100 m² gym, which is open and just waiting for you 24/7. The Hafenpark directly by the hotel also offers further opportunities for sports and exercising.
