The hotel reinvents a large colonial house, retaining its original details and the charm of its historic architecture, to turn it into a boutique hotel composed of resorts with great charm.
Unless otherwise stated, the following specified charges are not included in the room price and will be charged directly at the hotel.
- All Colombian nationals and foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 days will have to pay VAT (19%) upon leaving the hotel. If a room is shared by someone who is obliged to pay the tax and someone who is exempt from doing so, the rate will apply to the entire room.
- A voluntary hotel insurance fee of 8000 COP per person, per night shall be paid to the hotel in the local currency (Colombian Peso).
