Arriving by car

At the end of the bridge that leads into Venice from the mainland there is a road sign to Isola Nova del Tronchetto - “Ferry Boat to Lido”. The car ferry runs every 50 mins and the crossing lasts 35 mins. Price varies on the size of the car, from 13.00 to 26.00 Euro one way.

Arriving by public transportation

Vaporetti or water busses leave for S.Marco every 10 mins: Lines 5.1,run to Lido via S.Marco.Line 1 is the express line that becomes Line N after 11 p.m.It travels the entire length of the Grand Canal and takes about one hour to reach Lido All the other lines have a journey time of 35 mins
