By land. Bus shuttle: take the shuttle bus to Venice and get off at Piazzale Roma (car and bus terminal). From here you can take a water taxi that will take you up in front of the Hotel Bucentaur or you can take a public vaporetto (ACTV) line 1 via the Grand Canal, or 4.1 line, via the Giudecca Canal, both of which stop at 150 meters from ´hotel.

Arriving by public transportation
