Domstern is quietly and centrally situated in Cologne, only a few metres away from the famous Cologne Cathedral and the main railway station. It is highly recommended to visit the historic old town with its popular pedestrian zone, Musical Dome or the Cologne exhibition centre. All destinations are easily and quickly reachable.
The Domstern in Cologne is a 3-star non-smoking hotel located in a listed building. Apart from 16 creatively arranged rooms, the house offers first-class comfort as well as attentive and personal service. Guests arriving after 8 p.m. are requested to inform the reception staff in advance.
Check in takes place in our partner hotel, Hotel Domspitzen in Domstraße 23-25.
The reception is open between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. Please inform us in time, if you arrive after 8 pm.

Arriving by car
Follow the signs to Cologne city center/Dom/Hauptbahnhof, you will drive along the Rhine river (Konrad Adenauer Ufer) turn towards main station at the blue Musical Dome into Goldgasse Go straight on, as Domstrasse is a one way street take the next right (Turiner Strasse), right at the first traffic light (Macchabaeer Strasse) and immediately right again into Domstrasse.
Arriving by public transportation
Leave the mainstation through Breslauer Platz exit. Turn left and walk along the station. After approx. 250 ft. you will see 2 glass buildings on the right. Enter right behind into Domstrasse, after 300 ft. you will arrive at our house on the right hand side. Welcome to Hotel Domstern!
