A credit card number is valid for booking necessary but the card will not be charged. In the event the total booking amount exceeds € 1,000, the hotel reserves the right to request the payment of 30% deposit as a booking validation. These will be refunded in case of cancellation later than 2 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations “Non-refundable, non cancellable“ pre-payment will be made upon reservation. - Taxes: Rates listed are VAT included. City tax, government or local taxes are required surcharge. A tax is in effect, the amount is 0.50 € / day / adult. - Registration and check-registration (check-in) will be from 16h and departure (check-out) is before 12:00. Invoicing of an extra night can result from non-compliance with this time limit starting. Late Check-out (departure before 14:00): € 30. Audelas 14:00 an extra night will be charged. It is recommended to use the box “Comments or complementary information“ of the booking form to specify your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.
