Arriving by car
From South- A1-A64-A1237 York North- A19, city centre, Drive through Clifton, at traffic lights you see Clifton Green on your right, continue until you go underneath a concrete footbridge. Bootham Terrace is 2nd turning on right. Do not park down side of hotel but come into reception and we will direct you to car park. From North-A1-A59-A1237 York North-A19, city centre, same as above. From Hull-A1079-A64-A1237 York North-A19, city centre, Drive through Clifton,at traffic lights you see Clifton Green on your right, continue until you go underneath a concrete footbridge. Bootham Terrace is 2nd turning on right. Walking from station, Approx 10 mins Turn left out of station and walk to crossroads. Turn left down Leeman Road. Just before big bridge over road there is an alley on your right next to a small kiosk, follow this to river.Go over bridge and turn left as soon as you can. Walk along large car park to the end. Turn left under archway then right up slope.This is Bootham Terrace.
Arriving by public transportation
Turn left out of the station and walk to the crossroads. Turn left down Leeman Road. Just before the big bridge over the road there is an alley on your right-hand side next to the Royal Mail sorting office, follow this to the river. Go over the bridge and turn left as soon as you can. Walk along the large car park to the end. Turn left under the archway then right up the slope. This is now Bootham Terrace. We are at number 3.
