The Ferienwohnung 2 & 5 & 6 holiday apartments are located on Wiener Straße in Strehlen, a district of Dresden, only a short walk from the Großer Garten park. This is where the zoo and the botanical gardens are located, and much more besides. From here, it´s 4 km into the historic city centre with the Frauenkirche and the Semper Opera House.

3 bright flats of FeWo II, V + VI are located in one house, have a flat-screen TV in the living area, info about Dresden and a private bathroom. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
All flats have a kitchenette equipped with a range of modern appliances, including induction hobs and a microwave. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Dresden-Strehlen S-Bahn station and tram stop offer direct connections to the Old Town. Nearby attractions include the Semper Opera House, Frauenkirche Church, Dynamo Stadium, Hygiene Museum, the large garden and the Arnoldbad swimming pool with sauna.
Dresden Airport is 12 km away from FeWo II - VI Altstadt - Am großen Garten and can also be reached directly by S1 or S2.
We charge a one-time fee of 34,50 € for bed linen, 4 towels (no bath towels), electricity, water, heating, tea towels, hair dryer, TV usage, DVD player usage including final cleaning
Note: The city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax of 6% of the invoice amount. Everyone who visits Dresden for professional reasons is tax-exempt. And another note:
On arrival we ask for a deposit of € 50, which must be paid in cash. It serves as security for furniture and devices. The amount will be refunded in cash immediately upon departure, provided the tenant has not caused any damage to the rental property or the inventory.
