The hotel does not have a reception desk. Upon booking, a numeric code will be sent to the guest, which will allow the guest by typing it on the keypad at the entrance, to enter into the Hotel and in the room, in maximum security and without the possibility of contact with other people. The guest will only have to send a copy of the identity document and authorize payment with the credit card sent as a guarantee, unless there are other business agreeements.
