Following the current guidelines set out by WHO and the UK government we have enacted a series of measures: - Guests will receive pre-arrival communication with an explanation of all the safety protocols. - Fully sanitised and licensed taxis are available via the Blue Orchid Hotels for collection and drop off. - Online check in e-payment and mobile key cards are available and encouraged. - On arrival guests will be provided with PPE packs and will notice hand sanitiser stations throughout the hotel as well signage encouraging social distancing and seating arranged to accommodate the guidelines. - Guests will witness staff adhering to enhanced and frequent disinfecting protocols and will always welcome guests whilst remaining respectful of social distancing guidelines. - On approaching rooms/ suites guests will notice a - Sanitised for your safety seal placed by housekeeping after deep cleaning and disinfection. - Thorough protocols are in place to ensure the highest standards of cleaning are achieved. Hospital grade desinfectants and electrostatic sprayers are utilised. Guests will notice all high touch points are sealed in a protective sleeve and in-room printed collateral has been removed. - Packed room service with bio-degradable/ disposable cutlery and paper napkins are available with e-menus and only e-payments accepted. Fresh food ingredients are also available for guests to prepare their own meals. - Guests are always welcome and will be asked to pre-book appointments at our SPA Grooming Atelier and Gym and will notice enhanced cleaning protocols throughout. - When it is time to check-out guests can do so online or by calling the front desk.
