General sales conditions
• Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit covering 50% of your stay or at least one hotel night is required.This deposit will be deducted at the end of your planned stay.
• Cancellation
The total amount of the deposit will be withheld in case of cancellation of the reservation less than four weeks before the planned arrival date.
70 € cancellation fee are automatically deducted in case of refund.
• Shortened stay
In the event of curtailment of stay, the number of nights reserved will be charged by the hotel for damages.
• Arrival
check in is after 3:00 pm. reservations are held until 6:00 pm. Please, inform the hotel in case of late arrival.
• Departure
Rooms are to be left by 12:00 am at latest. If you leave after 12 :00 am, you will be charged for another day.
