We inform that, at this moment, our Windsor Plaza Brasília hotel is undergoing facade revitalization works. We deeply regret the inconvenience, however, the intervention is necessary to ensure the safety of our guests, as well as the modernization of the building, always aiming to offer an excellent service.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep the windows and curtains closed in the rooms to avoid any inconvenience, as we will be using scaffolding on all floors to carry out the works. The interventions will occur daily from 8 am to 7 pm, causing some noise.
If you feel uncomfortable with any type of action, activity, or even regarding the infrastructure, please contact the Reception, which will promptly contact the general manager who will support you in the best possible way.
