Arriving by car
1. M6 take exit 36, onto the A590, signposted to South Lakes and Kendal. 2. Continue on the A591 to Windermere. 3. At the roundabout follow signs to Windermere on A591. 4. Turn left at Windermere Hotel, and follow the one way system through the village, and on to Bowness-on-Windermere. 5. You will pass Windermere Police Station on your left and you will see the hotel on the right just after this.
