The menu reflects the seasonal availability of ingredients and the Barducci family take great care to respect the Tuscan cuisine which, in essence, is simple but delicious. Members of the Barducci family work tirelessly in the kitchen (but with obvious enjoyment) adding to an already varied and delicious Tuscan cuisine and making everything possible in-house, including special types of bread and their own pasta, sauces and desserts. The wines they offer have also been selected with the greatest of care.
