Welcome to the Hotel Amber Altstadt Stralsund. Our hotel is located directly in the old town of Stralsund and only 3 minutes´ walk from the harbor and the Ozeaneum.
We have completely renovated our rooms in winter 2016/2017. We offer our guests 32 inch LED satellites TV, minibar, laptop safe, telephone (DR), modern bathroom with hair dryer and in the afternoon free coffee / tea and homemade cakes.
CHECK IN: please call us before your check in if you arrive after 18:00. Our reception closes at 18:00 - so a later check in is possible on request only - by the key box.
From September 1st, 2023, the Hanseatic City of Stralsund will levy a bed tax of 5% on the room rate excl. Breakfast + valid VAT, this is to be paid in addition to the overnight price on arrival.

Arriving by car
A 20 to exit Stralsund. Take the B96 to the exit Altstadt. Turn left at the traffic lights. Drive straight ahead, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. Continue straight ahead until the small roundabout, leave at the first exit. The third street on the left is Heilgeiststraße, turn left and the hotel is on the left.
